A Moderate Democrat? Now There's An Oxymoron!
Some of us are old enough to remember it was the US "Democrats" who invaded and occupied Vietnam. This verbiage reminds us that Republicans and Democrats are all aggressors on the world stage. The only difference seems to be that some of the Democrats know some longer words to obfuscate with. But with however much or little sophistication the impending defeat is depicted, US forces will leave Iraq with their tails between their legs when the Iraqis kick them out - just like Vietnam.
