kooka_lives - this is a foible of human nature that I have found to be
universal amongst a small segment of all people of all faiths.
The lack of integrity seems to be propigated by a number of human traits that has some folks ignoring the underlying message of their beliefs in lieu of attempting to validate their beliefs by any means possible. It makes those viewing this behaviour from the outside wonder why they cannot see what they are doing and I can't believe that in some of the more blatant cases, the perpetrator does not realize it. This is the power of brainwashing, the end justifies the means for some people, they actually think that they are acting on behalf of their God.
