these words haunted me,
touched my heart and saddened me, drawing me back to read again. It is only our society that would any man feel he is rated or measured by financial success? Multitudes of wealthy people are miserable. We work, we live, we love and we die. Material things can provide for our basic needs and surely allow us peace of mind but the more weathy and material gain, the more responsibility taking away from our priorities; our passions, our relationships, our joy and in turn our peace. A job enjoyed and well done, our basic needs met, time to live and time to love and time to pursue our passions should be the only objectives of our earnings.

oops,
maybe my comment regarding heir & ancenstory regarding leaders is in opposition to these thoughts so well expressed...never the less, inheritence does not a great leader make; who was the whimpy guy prince on the Gladiator? It was based on historical fact, true? I guess I'll quit rattling now since I have nothing of value to add. Thank you.

Great message..... not their "wealth" to boast about in the first place.
If I understood correctly, that is.
