Foliage - Between you & me....you're one step ahead of me! It's really
tough being single, living like a hermit deep in the mountains, with insects, birds, trees & flowers for company !

Bhaskar - with those magical descriptive adjectives I could have
added another line or two and my poem would have been so much better! Thanks for the kind comment.

Foliage - You must be SO enarmored with the joys of love & life.....
that you even take my breath away! And your sigh... what's up with that? I love your enthusiastic response.. and yes I do love that interplay between the beautiful rose and anything of beauty it can portray...even a beautiful woman.

OTA- yes the memory of someone special I had in my life for
six years, but she always looked for more beyond me. I had to let it go because the relationship became too painful.....but the beautiful memories are still there....

Ooo lah, lah..... Do you give these poems to your lady? If a man wrote me a poem, such as the ones you create, I'd melt. Beautifully done!!!!

Sigh......yes, the rose. And this flower symbolizes so many things, so your poem can be construed in so many ways. And I would so love to feel like this again! Thank you so much for the lovely breath! --Joy!Mary

(I seem to be writing the word, 'so' a lot today; wonder what's up with that?)
