Discussion is great already!  Sounds like your diet is very scientific.  Mine was done through my gym and it's not broken down into how many grams of protein etc.  Rather the recommendations were a 1,000 calorie per day diet.  Oh the soy nuts are great.  I was really surprised.  --Joy!Mary

Hi and thanks for visiting!  It will be fun to discuss things with you.  The part skim mozarella cheese sticks only have 1 gram of carbs and 60 calories - for two of them.  They're lowfat too and they have 6 grams of protein.   I'm going to try those soy nuts- they sound yummy and your diet sounds very healthy as well!

Good morning!  Told you I'd be here.  Mozerella cheese?  Isn't that loaded with calories?  My protein snacks are 100g of BB Soy Nuts.  My hungriest time of the day is usually mid-afternoon.  Do you know why?  I have a protein shake (mango/peach) in the morning and at lunch with field greens/tomatoes/cucumbers drizzled with Cretan olive oil.  Every day.  And I'm not bored of this yet, either.  lol  --Joy!Mary
