I think it's all very simple - you spend more calories than you take in, and you lose weight. My problem is that I am a little tight-fisted sometime...

We all need weight-loss buddies. It's so hard to do it on your own.
Wiley had a great recipe for fat burning soup that he shared with me. You tell us how you do it, we'll try it. As long as it's not two hours in the gym every day. :)

I'm so interested - tell me all!  I've been trying to take weight off, but I have a resistant husband and am diabetic.  You just may have something that helps me though.

My husband likes fried and all carbs.  I can't deal with that.  So, do it, Nana.  I'm so interested.
