Write/save in Word, stay off that return key, then paste it in Blogit to
check it's appearance out.
Yeah, those wide empty lines are visually disruptive.
You could write and post somewhere else and use a link to directc the reader to it there, also.

The toolbar assumes that each time you hit return you are starting a new paragraph and therefore leaves a line.
To write a poem where you want to start a new line without leaving a blank line, simply press down on the "Ctrl" key while hitting return each time you wish to go to the next line but don't want a blank line in between.
