Here in Australia the PO waiting line is so long, you have to look at

I think the P.O. motto is
the mail must go through in spite of wind, snow, rain, sleet (I know I've got that messed up), but I don't remember in spite of hot & cold running from the FBI criminals. And I'm not all that sure I want postal workers carrying weapons...

IMHO, they put them up so we can be on the lookout for them and if we see any of them, then we call the FBI. Hopefully, we will see them. they can be captured before they hurt somebody. How's that? lol
