Oh, yes, Helen...
You'll get the ending right. Here's a thought. Send the first chapter or two out to a publisher or an agent. When they write back and ask for more... you'll be inspired. :)

You've done the right thing. Yes, have a beer! lol No, seriously. When you feel 'out' of your story, it usually means it's time to put it away for a while. I've put things away for three months to a year and then went back to them. I have found for me that sometimes I just think too much on them. It always amazes me when I go back to the work I've put away and 'stuff' stares me in the face. Don't fret. It'll happen! --Joy!Mary
