And this is proven quite often. Last year's winner, Taylor Hicks, is a
perfect example. Not that he isn't a good performer, it's just that there were so many more who were better singers and performers...

I must admit that I do watch--every week. Somehow, I am drawn to it. I always did love talent shows. In this case, I think that perhaps Simon needs to introduce a "Gong" to take care of the situation. By the way, is it just me or does Sanjaya look like he might be a relative of Condoleezza Rice?
