Re: I recently got an e-mail about my paypal account too
Paypal never sends these unsolicited emails. Especially if they don't have your full name. You have to be careful who you share your email address with. Unknowing to you, alot of individuals sell your contact info to internet marketing companies which in turn sell them to single individuals. The internet is full of scam artists out their. BE CAREFUL

I recently got an e-mail about my paypal account too
Only with mine, it said that someone was trying to mess with my account, and would I please click on this link to enter some important information? I too opened a new browser and found that I couldn't log into my account. So I'm still getting it sorted out. I wonder what's up with all these paypal scams?

there must still be people that respond or they would move on to something else, but then again its probably the same ones that are trying to transport money from other countries.

That's unbelieable. I don't understand how they do these things. Good on you for being so smart and prompt about it. --Joy!Mary

I get no less than two of these a day.
And I always forward them to the spoof address. They also handle similar eBay spoof emails, seeing as eBay owns PayPal.
