Then there is the "if you want to hear this in another language push l", well if they are talking to me in Englist and that is not my language, what do I do.  Ha, Ha. Do you remember when we had a person to answer the phone?  Wow, seems like a long time ago.

Agreed! Those recorded pitches are the worse. I miss the real customer service folks.

I wouldn't mind a little nap in the middle of those calls!
A rose from Bo =^..^= and one from me!

Lou, I'm not sure which is worse, the classical elevator music or the
"please hold"s...and when they add "Your call is important to us" that drives me nuts completely....

At least you got classical music, most services here play copycat versions of 70's pop songs usually with pipes!

This is one of the greatest aggrivations in the world. Yuk, Yuk. I cut off my land line. I got calls without respect for my time to sell me junk and when I call they put me through the ropes.

I don't like phones either. Last spring I cooked one in my microwave. Didn't mean to ...just forgot I put in there. Anyone who calls me knows it is going to be very short and sweet. Like you there is nothing worse then the phone treadmill...I typically hang up and if they want me bad enough they can call back...You have more patience then me...
