Being blase' comes from being published and it is good for my self confidence. We will all be rich one day, Azur - the famous part I can do without - as long as we keep on writing.

well at least on the surface....... Just keep writing. I don't know what will become of us all as we strive but I know to keep writing.

If only you could think of something else to write aboot? Yeah right! This is the young lady who posts almost daily on Blogit and who travels the world, and who has nothing to write aboot????
Thanks for the congrats, ginnie. The cash is nothing to write home about but I'm working on being read by millions of people (he says hopefully), and as well as paying a pittance they have the same system as Blogit, where page views are paid for. I've only posted about a 9 times so far, as I keep waiting for them to find out I am not who they think I am. If the next two articles I've submitted are accepted I'll be amazed, and start doing it seriously.
Your news about your article being published after all that time restored my faith in offline editors. I just assumed they threw the articles or stories away and kept the SASE envelopes and stuck their own labels on them. Congratulations ginnie.

I'm so happy to hear that you are finally getting again what's due you..your name in print..oh and cash for it! :) Really..that's fantastic news!! Congratulations! And so good to hear your book is still in motion! I just got an email from a magazine that I sent an article to in 2004! They want to publish it..it's been published about 12 times before...a 450 story about my father. Now if only I could think of something else to write aboot. ;) Persistence pays off!!
