It is fascinating to me as well. I've gone ahead and begun to reread The Holographic Universe, because I am also currently reading on Hinduism, and there does seem to be so much similarity there. Thanks for stopping by to read!

A very apt title "Giant Hologram", and an equally interesting and informative write on the latest scientific enquiries going on. This is a subject very dear to my heart. Pribram was originally struck by the similarity of the hologram idea and Bohm's idea of the implicate order in physics, and contacted him for collaboration. In particular, the fact that information about an image point is distributed throughout the hologram, such that each piece of the hologram contains some information about the entire image, seemed suggestive to Pribram about how the brain could encode memories. It will be interesting to learn more about the researches. Thank you my frienf for sharing this knowledge. I found myself lost, and recharged.

Now I love to think on this,
"In 1980 University of Connecticut psychologist Dr. Kenneth Ring proposed that near-death experiences could be explained by the holographic model. Ring, who is president of the International Association for Near-Death Studies, believes such experiences, as well as death itself, are really nothing more than the shifting of a person's consciousness from one level of the hologram of reality to another. "
I look forward to that shift.
