I can really understand your feelings, since I have similar memories. I once drove by our previous house a couple of years after we had sold it, and was appalled. I never met the people who bought it, but I remember the real estate agent telling me that they were 'nice people.' Well, they may have been 'nice', but they must be total slobs. The place was a run-down, neglected mess, and I my heart ached for a house were I had spent some pleasant years...
