Stainless steel all the way
I bought a teflon frying pan once and saw how the "non stick" surface got less and less. It was coming off while I was cooking. Chucked it very fast

okay, I also looked at that article! Presumably this would be considered less dangerous, since you're not likely to ingest your rain coat. The problem with having this stuff on your pan is apparently that some of it ends up on your lamb chops...

Naut , nope..
I read a while back about some suits that were made with Teflon.. a stain preventative type fabric or such. I dunno if it really works.. but it might be interesting judging from how slick that stuff is..lol
