Mary-
What a depressing thought, though, that everyone has a chronic something.  Hopefully it's a chronic positive attitude. I hope you are very well with that ailment because you seem to me to be a very positive person!!

Yes.  Attitude is everything.  We're all living with something chronic, we just don't always know what it is.  --Joy!Mary

Thank you, Mary!
I guess Elizabeth Edwards and I are made of the same stuff or cut from the same cloth.  I pull over to the side of the road and wait to die or I could live life like I did yesterday, fully and completely to the best of my abilities no matter what the travails. It's nice they aren't using the word terminal.  It's a chronic disease you will have to treat and live with for the rest of your life.  We all have a finite number of days. The rest of your life and how you live it is still full of wonderful choices.  Stumble, fall, you just pick yourself up and get moving again.

Well now, if I'd read ALL your blogs I would've known!  (referring to comment I made to you in proc's blog)  My you are so brave, courageous and positive about all of this.  I read that scale and yikes!  I knew so very little about this.  Glad to have found you.  --Joy!Mary

Cute YP-
I have been busy as a bee not dressed up as a flower but working on a video.

A year and a half ago, I picked out a new Epson printer/scanner and it was $250-$400, depending on the bells and whistles.  I'd be saving and then using my funds for other "emergencies."  I was making due with 3 machines hooked up; those flash drive cards are lifesavers!  I looked online, knowing it was finally a necessity to upgrade; one machine is kaput; I should get one (for $74) tomorrow, free shipping, straight from the company.  They don't make the exact one I was saving for (I am thinking it had too many bells and whistles!)

I've also been watching the Final 4 tournament (KU made it to the Elilte Eight and play UCLA Sat. to see who goes to the Final 4 in Atlanta.) They are playing in San Jose, which is where I almost moved two years ago! Jay asked me tonight if I thought Mike knew his alma mater  was playing in San Jose. I said he probably had no idea. He doesn't follow sporting events of any kind.

I've been making cards, painting and reorganizing my photo room.  One thing I haven't been doing is housework and it shows.  Everything is in utter disarray. I come out of my phog long enough to look around, see all the work, and then get into my "projects" again. Steph moved home for a couple of months until someday SOON they get an apartment again. That's a big part of the disarray; all the displaced "stuff."

My "blog drafts" folder has so many entries of thoughts I've started but have stalled out on for ome reason or another!  I'm still only sleeping 4 hours at night. You'd think there was enough hours.

That is what I been doing to keep me away from writing... Gee I miss everyone!

 Love and peace,

LadyCeeMarie

(Shaycom, where are the emoticons?  I get the last two rows and the rest are under the menu bar!)

Hi YP
Those are my favorite two colors in floral arranging-orange with purple.  We've had one purple crocus this year.  I have a whole bunch of jonquils, though.  Happy Springtime!  I've been making new cards.

Peace and love,

Lady Cee

Jacenta- Thanks for the heart and rose and for stopping by.

1TimeSoldier- I love the dozen longstemmed roses! Thanks for perusing!

Taps - Good Questions!  a neurologist, with a degree as a Movement Disorder Specialist, is the ultimate administrator of the evaluation.  But nurses, PhDs in Parkinson's, residents in training have administered a lot of the tests when you go through these tests.  The doctor looks over all their data and finishes up. Thanks for stopping by!

Rich - Glad to help inform and educate. Thanks for looking it over!

YP- You made me smile...I am still standing, but I will tell Jay that Sir Neil will rescue me if he ever loses me.  I's so nice to find I've got a champion in the wings! You sure you'd want to take care of a sicky? I  don't know if Jay's ready to lose me again for a long time, though.

Peace and blessings to all from my heart,

Lady Cee
