and sad too, but a beautiful sadness that allows LOVE to fly. If it returns
IT was meant to be. Either way, you show gratitude for the "hours" of love that you shared. We can't always keep what we admire, enjoy and cherish. Your attitude is a blessing to a world where loss is more common than "keeping." Shalom

Hi Tony--many thanks for your 'reply'.No-nothing so mysterious as you
might be imagining.I have always written poetry-in order to 'survive' whatever life threw at me.(And because there was never anyone to talk to I guess!)I also wrote short stories etc.but got nowhere with publishers. For a short period-I tried 'writing to order'-for local people! (I had a strange idea it might lead somewhere but----) I can't seem to find the courage to 'bin' any of my old stuff-therefore you will and have-seen it appear on here from ime to time. Thanks agai-Chris.

Hi Chris - you certainly have a big store of old classics!
I wonder who the friends were - was the friends' friend an old flame of yours? All very romantic and cloak and dagger!
