jokes are SO hard to remember... but thanks anyway! When asked to remember a joke the only thing I can always remember is the one where the horse goes up to the bar to order to a drink and the bartender asks, 'Why the long face?' !!!!!

Congrats for clearing the first hurdle! It's always a bit of a drag, but I'm sure in the end you'll get exactly what you want! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. 
And I'm glad you liked the salad! I'm going to make it on the weekend, and I think I'll add some crushed walnuts for a bit of crunchiness. I can't stop fiddling with things...
