jokes are SO hard to remember... but thanks anyway!   When asked to remember a joke the only thing I can always remember is the one where the horse goes up to the bar to order to a drink and the bartender asks, 'Why the long face?' !!!!!

And I'm glad you liked the salad! I'm going to make it on the weekend, and I think I'll add some crushed walnuts for a bit of crunchiness. I can't stop fiddling with things...
