I wonder if Robin's merry men still dwell in Nothingham Forest.

A train trip can be very nostalgic
I think the sounds and pace of a train lets one take time to remember fondly

Ooooooooooooooo I loved nottingham, I spent a lot of time there at the Sawyer's Arms, I wonder if it's still there. If ya see any kids with a RCAF cap on, don't mention me wiil ya.

We used to hop a Bristol freighter flight from Gros Tenquin on a Friday night and go and get bombed at the Sawyer's Arms.

lol Oh and Malcolm did you know the C in RCAF was to hold the RAF together? lol My brother Mike was killed flying with the RAF in India.

I feel the same when those time I was in Germany working
and I would drive to the little town that I got to know my heart and all the friends I had there and the fun that came with it...childhood memories are for me very sweet.

Somehow what we did as a youngster never leaves us.

I guess my blog on pets is like that....a trip down memory lane.

Love your writing malcolm.
