I wonder if you would do me the pleasure of adding this salad to my cookbook? I am doing a section under Bloggers Cook. It sounds wonderful and I am about to make it.
BTW I wrote my Mama (she is dead and I do a blog to her daily) about your graveyared because she had a rather funny happing once of a parcel of land that turned out to be a graveyard. Thought you might get a kick out of it. If you want to check it out in Coffee Break.

That sounds gorgeous. Lolla Rossa lettuce is lovely with oranges if
there are spinach haters.
I love olives too, anything mediterranean. In fact, give me a fishing boat and a Greek island, and add 'eros' to my name.
