I stop breathing in my sleep and have been put on nocturnal oxygen. Are you getting treatment for this problem? Because it can help with most people.

Wish I had that problem! I have chronic insomnia - I think I have "sleep apnea" too, where you stop breathing for a few seconds while you're sleeping - you briefly wake up, but don't know it (or remember it). This happens all through the night - so even if you "sleep" 10 hours, you feel like you've only slept
maybe 4 - unfortunately, "sleep apnea" and "narcolepsy" both run in my family!
By the way, I'm writing this at 1:30 in the morning! Well - back to bed
to continue watching
