When a person's life is busy, it's hard to cook and eat right. Sounds like you are on track with that food. I keep a lot of healthy stuff around for snacks: fruit, whole wheat bread, yogurt, organic peanut butter, etc. and hope I am getting at least fair nutrition. Can't wait for summer and garden stuff.

I hope you feel better soon...you have been ill a lot this year! Course living in that house hasn't been exactly easy either with the water and power situation last month...Oh how I pray for spring...for us all!!!
