Thank you Troosha, I was waiting in line at my local post office, just afew days ago. The lady behind the counter was gossiping with the lady in front of her, as if nobody else was there, putting down people and judging others whom they both new, but , taking no notice of none , who were waiting patiently in line for service. After they had finished their putting down, of what seemed like every other person in Harwich, they said their good byes, the cashier shouting ''Next !' I couldn't believe it, as if none, or anybody else existed, when there's gossiping too be done, and had.  Thanks again Troosha!

Lion
I think we all know a "Mrs. Slow".  Had to read this a couple of times but hopefully I caught your drift - the nosey, know-it-all, town gossip?  Forgive me if I missed the mark..... Sometimes your thoughts just come pouring out and I have to shift gears to absorb all that you are saying.
