He won't forget, Taps, I am sure-- but he, like Marika, will put
his experience in a bigger perspective. He is already beginning to believe that when she and her husband go out, they will be back.
She was sending him to be bathed and groomed the other day, and I wonder how well he took being left with the groomer.

Poor Cooper.
I hope the separation anxiety is a temporary thing. But, you never know, it may have lasting effects on him.
