I knew some of that but not nearly all. In my opinion, starting the war with Iraq and sending so much money and troups has been an act of treason on the part of our President Bush.
It has been a concern of mine all along about who is watching our own borders and do we have enough equipment and soldiers to do a good job. As far as I can see, we are sorely lacking. Our dear Mr. Bush isn't looking out for our best interests, he's looking to see how he can line his own pockets and those of his cronies at any cost.
I'm really glad you wrote this post, Xeno. It gave me a chance to vent.
