I had a beignet at the Seattle Center once. Ethnic pastries are interesting. They're all alike but each is a little different. I think.

Turtle is great! I have a good story about a friend of mine and a turtle in my blogs somewhere. I do love to cook and Cajun food is my specialty. Have a great day and a great week.

I enjoy spicy, cajun food, but I have never eaten turtle. To get me to eat turtle I would have to be unaware of what I was trying. Enjoy your ultra busy Monday.
