I can promise you will never, ever see
anyone elected to public office who will leave poorer than he or she was when they first came in. We live ,essentially, in a system of dispensations.

Amen...
Term limits are a must....I differ a bit....Senate - 2 terms, house- 4 (it's takes 2 years just to learn the system)
The proble we had when we won control in 1994 was we forgot why we were elected and became way too similar to what we had campaigned against....
Let's hope we got a wakeup call a few months ago..........
