                      There does seem to be melding of good and evil or, at the very least, (unless we look at the extremes), overall human intention seems to be moving in the direction of balance and a soulful search. What emerges from this increased state of awareness or process of learning can only result in a wonderful human shift.

                I don't believe it's simple to be human, although sometimes we long for simplicity and calm, especially when we're living in "interesting times" as the saying goes. We long for problems to be solved, confusions to be explained, and the world to be understandable. Which is why we love stories -- even stories that scare us down to our socks. In the end the beast is defeated or killed, the plot makes sense, and we can put it back on the shelf feeling a little wiser, a little more in control.
