Maybe you will like it better than you think????? I can think of places that I would not want to move to--for instance, New Baten, Illinois, where we were stranded during the storm on our trip home from Florida.

bel,
First of all, I'm happy that you're over the worst of whatever craziness was coming down the tube at you!
The move? Personally I hate moving also, but only because of the rigmarole! And in your case there is the very bright side that Carl will have a job, which means he'll be out from under your feet and won't be hogging the computer! And you'll be getting a new house in the end, setting things up just the way you like them...hey, if I keep this up, I'll end up talking myself into moving as well...

Bel, they say that moving can be as traumatic as bereavement.
If Carl feels happy and secure about it, some of that will invariably rub off on you, though quantity can't be guaranteed.
I just hope you'll still not be too far from my neck of the woods (wherever we end up). Toast to new beginnings and hitting the ground running.

I am sorry to hear this. I do hope you can get all the support you need about moving. It is a difficult thing. But remember you are the same only the place has changed. Be blessed dear one.

bel.....
don't sweat the move - take it from an ole' military wife who moved every time the house got dirty, it seems. lol That would be me. It always works out and it's exciting. I always loved fixing up another house, a change of scenery, making new friends, and whatever else comes with it.
It'll be alright!

That is something that is unlikely to happen. Luckily, we will be in the middle of nowhere and I won't have to deal with the people because I am not and they won't see me as one of their own.

I am sure that Carl's hometown
will embrace you as their own. Be strong, a move to a new town or county can be daunting. Focus on the positives. Our prayers are with you that all will run smoothly and have a joyous result

I'm gonna need it Reni
Luckily, my father-in-law whom I adore will be on the adjoining property until we find a place to build a house on and he tends to scare away the evil ex's and the mother in law...hmmmm there is a benefit to this move LOL!
