Ronald Reagan, without a doubt.
And FDR for Worst President of All Time.  Grand Creator of the welfare state and reliance on Big Government.

Like the Roosevelts, do you? Well, I see FDR as a veritable tie for first
with his public works programs, starting social security, getting us through a terrible depression and most of an horrendous war.

I kinda liked Teddy Roosevelt. Warrior, San Juan Hill and all that
plus, which, the Teddy Bear was named after him. He was kind of Hemingway macho, in the era of damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead, although he's not the one who said that exact thing. And FDR started the March of Dimes to find a cure for Polio, ran the country from a wheelchair - that was admirable. He had the good sense to marry a philanthropic woman, and Eleanor was a great first lady.

They were, Nautikos. But a man of standing, wise counsel, and good
character will be such, no matter the age in which he lives.
