Sunny--
I had problems with depression for several years, and even now I sometimes do, especially in winter.  I hope you feel better!

Sunny

I have been suffering the last few months with headaches and what seemed like symptoms of constant PMS to include round the clock headaches, mood swings, depression and the worst cramps ever....non stop.

I had heard of evening primrose before but have never been disciplined enough to take it......not sure if you have ever tried it, but it could supplement your meds and it is all natural from any health store or pharmacy.....I have also been taking Gingko Biloba for my memory and between the two pills.......actually, I take Primrose 3 times a day.....but I am feeling better than I have since as long as I can remember. My stress level has went from a 10 to a level 2 and my emotional state is so much better........maybe it is the placebo effect, but whatever it is.....I sure in the hell am enjoying it!!!!!!!

Hope you feel better soon.

The weather does get me down more. I think I agree if it was a lot warmer outside I would likely be feeling better. Thanks for stopping by!

Sunny, Maybe you just have Cabin Fever -- I have been that
way for over a week with temperatures hardly reaching 32;  however, today it is bright and sunny and going to reach 50, and I am doing much better!

Dave
That very well may be the case, at least some of the time.

I try my hardest to take them on time and to remember if I took them.

Look after yourself Sunny.
Perhaps other stresses are upon you without you realising and it's not a case of forgetting, but not registering the action in the first place. This is what makes me 'forget'. I'm so busy centring my thoughts on something else, that I don't actually notice what I'm doing.

babe
Believe it or not, I've done that too, and somehow I manage to take the wrong days meds, and I get all screwed up.

At present, I put all my medications in a box with compartments.  If it's still there, I didn't take it.  The winter has been difficult and I think that adds to the stress.

Rumored
Thanks, that's a good idea.  It's my anxiety meds that I have trouble with, and I always take them together, so one star would probably do.

Thanks for the tip...and for making me realize that I'm not just losing my mind.

Sunny, buy some stickers of some sort and different colors, and stick them
on a calendar, by date, as you take the meds: ie. blue star for med "A", and so on...I do this at times when I get stressed out and, like you, begin doubting myself...there's no shame in it....
