Deepananda
The reminiscences of the ruin and a beautiful picture of thoughts giving it life and taking us back to what it was. Superb!

History had its villains in every continent. So also organized religion. I was fortunate to do an extended tour of Wales from Anglesea to Tintern, visiting churches and castles. The whole region inspires poetry.

Hi Deepananda
There are a few ruined abbeys like this, mainly because they were deliberately devastated in the time of Henry VIII and the break with the Orthodox Catholic Church. Some well-constructed verse to go with the picture. Enjoyable and atmospheric.
