Ok now I need to hear from some more states, I really didnt know. I dont know what our company does we do have offices in TX, Oh, NY, Ma, etc and we dont all have the same holidays either, different union

If you have vacation days or personal days-
You get paid and if not, you don't. Very few companies (in TX) pay for snow-days.
