I know how you feel. I can't concentrate on much of anything myself these days. I hope things get better for you soon.
You're therapist thinks you "need" a boyfriend??? I think you're right...She just may be a whack job!!!! If you ask me, you're the only one who can (and should) decide whether or not you need anyone or anything.
I'm so very sorry for your friend's loss...
I hope you're sister's new boyfriend turns out to be a good guy.
