Whinge - in response to your second comment
A difference in opinion should not warrant a difference in treatment but for many people it clearly does. Some to a point so extreme that from my perspective these people have two distinct personalities. I have had to block one individual who simply refused to see their Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde routine, with Mr. Hyde reserved only for those who voiced a religious opinion that did not agree with theirs. I consider anyone who falls into a routine such as this as simply being immature. Sooner or later they will be forced to realize that the world is a big place with many divergent religious opinions. All of which are held and voiced by individuals that think their perspective is as valid as the next person's.

Whinge - one thing that I can always offer in my own defence against my
detractors is my behaviour while on Blogit.
In my time here I have never received a warning from the site administrators, which is something that a number of my detractors cannot claim. In a public forum such as this many people are incapable of rising above their own opinions to either treat right and wrong as absolutes or to treat fairly those whom they disagree with. I like to think that I am able to do this, in the instances where my own inherent bias clouds my judgement and affects the way I treat others, it is not for lack of trying to adhere to a position of fairness.

GEPRUITT - thank you - it was not my intention to solicit endorsments from
my fellow bloggers with this post.
I'm actually a little embarrassed by it but again thank you.

A difference in opinion shouldn't warrant a difference in treatment..was
what I'd wanted to include in that comment also. Honestly, I don't know where my head's at.

Gome.....
You might be controversial, I don't know, but as far as I can see you're articulate and mannerly. Maybe I don't know you well enough

(I really hate smiley's - they're akin to loveheart dotted 'i's. but they server their purpose in the absence of face to fact interaction).

Presley - that is a very kind thing to say
I often wonder how some folks get along in life if they are not capable of rising above petty differences? I know that I would never have been successful at some of the jobs I have held if I could not lose my anger or prejudice towards others very quickly. Letting disputes go is important as well.
