Lovely poem today. (May it hit a chord because I'm feeling down today). Sometimes it’s pretty darn difficult to lift ourselves up when we feel the weight of our world. Remembering we are all part of a whole, and savouring God’s light a beauty as expressed through nature is an excellent tactic.

If-(as sometimes is the case)-you can't just shrug it off-then get a big pad and pens and write it all down.What your feeling-even if it's angry swear words-let them OUT of your system! Some of my pads are covered with words like--'F---'--'Ba-----'--'C---'--I think if you name it-it's on my pad!Scream! Punch the Pillows--anything else you can think of-if you have no energy---then SLEEP---sleep is a HEALER! Chris.
