Tonyz, there's nothing like a sunset or a sunrise to stimulate the
creative juices...I like the image of old Sol descending into the depths of the sea....

I adore the sunrise

Most often I get up just before the dawn

I love getting out and swimming etc.

Thanks, Mike, JadeLynn and Shadow
Very kind of you! It is about sunset but you're right, it could apply to sunrise too with a little tweaking. The skies certainly look the same - well I think they do, I hardly ever see the sunrise!

Tony - you eloquently described something that most of us take for
granted, sunrise & sunset. Beautifully done, makes enjoyable reading. Thanks for yr comment on my "Forgiveness".

Thanks Jason and Moon!!
Yes, it was a beautiful sight - it always is when the sky is such a pure blue as it was today. I should have taken my camera to work and forgot - we went out for a meal at lunchtime and I meant to take some snaps. If I'd remembered, I could have captured the sunset. Maybe tomorrow...

Tonyzonit, I love Sunset like nothing else, the transition from day to night (my favorite time), the energy, the beauty, the raw power, the electricity. You have captured it so well here. Beautiful. MoonSpirit

Nice Poem
Good read. (I read your comment on my last poem. I wrote that when I was 13-14 years old and grew up in a bad place. No dad around, mom working to jobs and you know the rest of that story. I found it the other day in my draw so thought
I would post it. Just giving you an idea where my head was at when I wrote that. I appreciate your comments and hope to hear more from you. Thank You
