thanks Reni!
I used to think he just looked like my Grandpa.  It wasn't until years later that I found out that Gpa had Parkinson's.

How do you know your condition is not spiritually inflicted?
Hi there,

Just wanted to suggest that if you have not tried prayer, perhaps it is something you could build into your life and see what happens.

Unfortunately it has to be daily and specific. Please look at my blog on Demystifying spiritual concepts.

I have been saying the suggested prayer for the last 19 months and my condition has gone from chronic sleep attacks twice to five times a day, to mild depression. I am still going with it daily.

If 'voices' in your head are giving you reasons as to why it can't and shouldn't work, then perhaps it is safe to examine prayer as an effective therapy.

I am not suggesting that you give up your meds. You don't have to believe either by the way, but I can promise you that within a couple of weeks you'll be thinking differently.

You can also record the prayer onto cassette and play it back before going to bed every night.

If you want to challenge what you beleive in and know about dark forces causing illness and disease, read Shakuntala Modi's "Remarkable Healings"

Good luck

Soterios

mountainclimber56-
Thanks for reading and leaving your comment.  It's interesting how physical therapy seems like such a putz and it's much more challenging.  They were surprised at how athletic I was and they thought competetive.  I do well under examination but seem to fall or mess up when I'm just doing things automatically, without thinking and I trip or reach for something that puts me off balance and I can't recover.  I hope your wife is recovering.  Glad to hear she's in PT.  It's a great program.

Cee Marie -- Great - Since my wife's fall breaking her shoulder, I have
had to take her to physical therapy twice a week, and it has truly been an eye opener for me.   My daily prayers are with you!
