I enjoy sitting near the window, too. Unfortunately, I have to compete for the cat tree with my idiot brother Michael (the cute one who has charmed my humans).

Frangipani here, I remember long afternoons sitting on the window sill
in the warm sun while Kabu was away nursing. Passes by would stop and exclaim over the beautiful little burmese cat.....me! Love reading you each day.
