We had a time. We called a computer fixit company we have used before. We asked if he could take the hard drive and save 3600 photos for Georges I had put them on there to sort when it beeped out and all my writing. He siad he would see. I told him specifically what I wanted to keep if he had to lose the computer and we would buy a new one. Well He specifically kept all junk except those photos. He saved the sample photos that are just there... George is sick about it and I worse for him. Three years of work tossed because someone did not care enough about customer service to do what they could have had they cared at all.
