Maybe...
you could write a story about someone who mistakenly drinks poison instead of vodka, has his stomach pumped, but is then decapitated by a metal sculpture commemorating the opening of the hospital? Then doctors could attempt to keep his body alive with machines to sew his head back on, but accidentally give him the head of John Prescott. He looks in the mirror, faints, and bangs his head on the washbasin - the stitches burst, and his head bounces into a urinal.
