I know how you feel, Frangipani.
For me, it's a full-time job providing feline nursing care to my human family.

I do admire your feline nursing, for myself it was a full time job
keeping Kabu under my paw. I may post another set of rules for those less gifted than myself in the art.

Frankly, Frangipani...

I haven't really had time for kittens myself. In fact, the whole notion of motherhood is generally repellent to me; I get all my need to nurture others met when I practice feline nursing.

Like you, I was neutered during my own first heat cycle. I personally feel the humans are right to neuter or spay us domestic felines (as well as domesticated canines), because there is a severe overpopulation problem among domestic felines and canines. There are already too many of us who need homes and someone to care for us by meeting our needs.

Thanks for reading my blog.

Frangipani here just to say Kabu had me spayed the first time that I
came on heat and I never had to grow up. I was always her baby girl and I loved it. I really never missed motherhood, in fact I had no time for kittens.
