I feel bad for generations prior who have to experience any type of joint surgery.  We are very lucky that medical and scientific technology have educated us on how to avoid winding up as our grandparents and some of our grandparents will.  My husband's grandfather had hip surgery on his right leg.  It was a devastating experience.  He needs it on his left leg, but refuses to go through with it, because of the pain and rehabilitation process.

My question is:
How much longer is the future average life expectancy going to be with all this modern medical technology? Just a thought

There is no harm trying something which may help to cure you.

Hi Fooddude. Great news for your mom. I find medical science to be
just simply amazing.  I can imagine technological advances in medicine growing by leaps and bounds.  It seems to grow at an exponential rate.  I recently (last november) joined a workout spa.  I go every day much to my glee and find the benefits unmatched by anything I have ever done for myself.  YaY!  I wuv my new muscles!  I wish you much success Mr. Food, as you are a very cool dude and I like to think of you as being and remaining a nice and healthy specimen!
