Tom decided that he would trick Sheila-next time he made her a coffee.
So,when they both came into the office next time,he was prepared and quite happily offered to make her coffee. He sprinkled in some brown-powdered milk and added one single 'sweetener' then handed it to her.It looked very slightly different and Tom answered her questioning look with-'I've changed the brand-hope that's ok?' She sipped at it and smiledsaying-'perhaps we should continue to buy this brand-I quite like it'.Tom smiled to himself but kept stoom! He also noticed with pleasant surprise that-slowly but surely-Sheila appeared to become- 'sweeter natured' in no time! Chris---my arm and brain ache!Someone else's turn I think?

It was just the way the woman carried herself. Nose in the air; the look in her eyes when she would speak to him.  The fact that she was the new boss would not change his obvious dislike for her and all of the golden career opportunities in this world could not alter the inevitable moment when he would tell Sheila exactly how he felt. With each passing word, he felt the moment of confrontation growing more and more near.

Okay, someone else's turn...I am spent!
