Sorry it took me a while to answer....ADSL went awol on me!

That's just it though.....hard, cold, cynical, selfish people act as if depression doesn't exist. They consider it an excuse to get out of responsibility. I have news for them - fear, insecurity and mistakes made out of foolishness are very real. So are the consequences. Not everyone is born feeling bold and secure. I just hope that it leaves me soon and that it makes me a better person able to put lots of love and positive feelings into this world. Not all is lost .

Just because your life isn't a tragedy...
doesn't mean you have no right to feel depressed. Your feelings are valid, and you have to remember that, and stop apologising for them. Depression can be a lonely thing to deal with, as non-depressed people think you are just feeling a little bit down. But, keep expressing your feelings, even if it's just by writing. And remember, the depression will lift. Take care.
