I guess it is. I have been writing my Masters Paper in Experiential Creative Arts Therapy and a lot of it is about our own process.

So many lessons to learn, personal introspection to be done, pain to forgive, and strength to be gained before we "get to the grave". Very nicely done.... it was like following you in your personal journey.
