I called it.
He caught a ride. He's OK. Glad I didn't find him.
One has the image of this poor defenseless waif, when we were looking for a six-one, hundred and eighty pound man with emotional control issues and prone to threatening people. Yes he was unclothed in freezing weather, afer a dustup with his family. But the mission was still good, he needed accounting for and rescue if he was still around.
Spring CERT training coming up, we'll see if they wnt me to teach gain.
