I do trust that we aren't going to be subjected to too much of this happy-slappy, wow, I'm alive an' ain't life great stuff!
I mean, whaever happened to the good old doom an' gloom stuff, eh? What about those days when one door closes an' another slams in yer face?
WE need all that stuff' Badly. 'cos it makes us feel how lucky were see? Any putz can be happy, but it takes an expert to assiduously unearth all the " Bah! Humbug!"s of life.
Like I used to say to friends of mine " Can I hace fot o of your Missuz, so I can show it to Lady Ariela, and she can see how lucky she is"
But of coure, you're beautiful, aren't you? ( OMG, good job I noticed! I wrote beautitiful!) Most uncharacteristic, I do assure you.
