Yes I agree that is why I only started my healthy diet last monday...
I could never have stuck to it if I had started the day after....I had lots of food left over....

Joanna, that was just an example. We don't have junk food in our house.

Joe, I do teach this to people but I do it as a bigger plan
that I have named so you're welcome to use New Month Resolution: Creating Your Best Life One Month At A Time.  =)

Ya know. . , that would be a snappy title (and probably marketable)
for a book.  "The New Month Resolution".

Spitfire, how about a resolution not to make any resolutions?

Success,
I don't worry about resolutions nor do I waste my time making them. Too much pressure, ya know?

MC, that's my feeling.
I know we have been trained to think of the new year as a fresh beginning but anyday that you want can be a fresh beginning.  Every day can be a fresh beginning.

Odysseus, I made that resolution in April.

It may have been a Year's Resolution but not the new year.  =)

We do think we'll have a couple of loans paid off this year though.  That's more of a daily resolution though.  We talk about it, blog about it, and plan for it each day.

Success, that is why our year is divided into 12 months, 52 weeks,
and 365 days -- Good post!

Wait a minute now! You had that resolution about paying off your debt!
Remember!  --  That ones got to be more than monthly.
